Who we are

ListingDen (listingden.com) is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (European Union). For any privacy request or question, contact support@listingden.com.

What we collect

• Account data. If you create an account, we store your email address and login identity. Authentication is handled by Clerk.
• Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store your subscription status and plan.
• Listing text you submit. Text you paste into the grader or writer is processed to produce your results. Grader input is processed anonymously and is not linked to an identity. Writer input is linked to your account so you can see your generation history and credit usage.
• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects aggregated, anonymized page-view data only.

Who processes it

We use the following processors: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Convex (database, hosted in the EU, eu-west-1), Vercel (hosting and analytics), OpenRouter (text generation for the writer; your submitted listing text is sent there to produce output), and DataForSEO (keyword search volumes; only keyword phrases are sent, never your account details). We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We set only essential cookies: session cookies from Clerk that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and your rights

Account and generation data is kept while your account is active. Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time: email support@listingden.com and we will act on it within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your stored generations and personal data from our systems.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the date above.
